Solved "The Computer Restarted Unexpectedly or Encountered an Unexpected Error Windows Installation Can't Proceed"

If Windows Setup fails in the middle, you may find your desktop sitting with a dialog box that says, "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed."  This means specifically that Windows rebooted during mini-setup, but it tells you nothing about why.

Note : It might be happen while first time boot setup, PC power lose.

The process is very simple to resolve this issue, you can follow the below instruction..

• When "Error" is appear in screen press the "SHIFT+F10"
• You will get the command prompt screen as below.(Figure-2)

• Type "Regedit" 
• And Expand the "HKLocal machine/SYSTEM/SETUP/STATUS/ChildCompletion"

• While click on "ChildCompletion" Right side penal you will find the "Setup.exe" in  "REG_DWORD".
• Now "Setup.exe" "REG_DWORD" data need to be change from 1 to 3.
• Close the registry penal and restart the PC, you have resolve the issue.
