Free Up-gradation of Windows 10 : -

The most thing is that Windows 10 is free for update, you don't need to pay for up-gradation, if you have installed the Windows 7, 8 you can easily up-grade with Windows 10, you can also reserve you free copy, Microsoft made this announcement at its January event in Redmond. The firm has said it will be available at no charge for the first year (although it may end up extending that) for Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 users. It will also be free if you're still running Windows 7.

Windows 8 had loss the Start menu, but now again it back in Windows 10, and its really effective changeable in Windows 10, the new start menu have loved much, it has some updated graphics that can optionally go the half screen.Now, when you click on the Start button at the bottom left of the screen, you get two panels side by side, with the left column showing pinned, recently and most-used apps. You also get a power button at the top for options such as Hibernate, Standby and Shutdown, 

The right column features a selection of live tiles that you can customize, resize and reorganize.  Not only that, but the search field at the bottom will look up related Internet results in addition to programs and files (as it did on Windows 7). Even better, you can have the Start Menu expand to full screen whenever you want, eliminating the need for a Modern UI Start Screen.

The app also lets you record, edit and share your fragging victories with the Game DVR feature, which lets you grab the previous 30 seconds of your game so you don't miss unexpected wins. You'll also be able to join your friends in games across Windows 10 or the Xbox platforms, and see your friends' activity via Xbox.

If you are unlike to use the Internet Explore and choose to another browser to surf, then Windows 10 this feature surly get back you, Windows 10 in included the new browser called " Project Spartan"  and it will replace the Internet Explore as well.

New features include PDF support, a reading mode that improves the layout of long articles, and a new note taking feature. The latter lets you scribble on any page and share your comments with your friends through social networks via a slide-in menu so you won't have to leave the browser. Better yet,  Project Spartan will feature Cortana support within the browser, so she can pull contextual information from the sites you're on to do things like navigate to a restaurant you're looking up or pull up an upcoming flight time without having to go into your email.

In Windows 10 Microsoft is introduce a latest software category that called Universal Apps, which use the same code but adapt their interface to the device in your hand. The company is also bundling its own set of Universal apps with the OS, including Photos, Videos, Music, Maps, People & Messaging and Mail & Calendar, which all function the same way on tablets, phones and PCs. The content is stored and synced via Microsoft's cloud service OneDrive so you can pick up where you left off on another device. 

Some of these apps, such as Photos, are brand new. Photos will pull your images across your PC and mobile devices and organize, enhance and sync them through OneDrive. The system even detects duplicates and stores just one copy of the same image, and can automatically create good-looking albums for you.  The Mail app has also been overhauled and will now be a version of Outlook, complete with an editor based on Microsoft Word.

Office Apps Get Touch Supports : -

The persistent function ribbon at the top of the apps is now an app bar that shows up only when you need it. The apps will look and perform the same way on a PC as they do on a mobile device for a more coherent experience.

Windows 10 will provide a new way to look at all your notifications in one place. The Action Center appears to replace the Charms menu that slides in from the right on Windows 8 devices. It collects alerts from your device from all your apps, similar to the notifications drawers in iOS and Android. Depending on the app, you can also respond or react from this panel itself, with each notification expanding to show more actions. The Action Center also offers a quick way to toggle connectivity options and other settings such as display brightness and contrast.

Windows 10 has improved the multitasking you can set up a whole other virtual desktop for those programs to reside in. Set up one specifically for home and leave your apps such as Ebay and Microsoft Store open, and create another desktop for work on which you keep Word, Excel and Internet Explorer open.

With the new desktops comes a new way to keep track of your open apps on Windows 10. On the new operating system, you can either hit the new Task View button on the task bar or swipe in from the left edge of the screen to pull up a one-page view of all your open apps and files. It's not much different from using the Alt-Tab combination shortcut on your keyboard, but this presents a convenient way for touch-oriented users to get an overview of what's running.

How to Recover Important Data from Dead Computer

Uh-oh, your computer isn't booting anymore. Maybe it’s a problem with Windows, or maybe the computer’s hardware is fried. If you have important files trapped inside your malfunctioning computer, this guide will help you recover them.

There’s no guarantee your data is recoverable. If your computer isn't working because the hard drive died, there may be no recovering the files — not without some sort of expensive professional data recovery service, at least.

Boot From a Linux Live CD (or Windows Installation Disc)

If your computer’s hardware has actually died on you and that’s the reason it’s not booting, this method won't work. However, the computer may not actually be dead — its Windows installation may just be damaged. If this is the case, you can recover your files by booting from a Linux live CD or even a Windows installer disc.

Just insert the Linux live CD or Windows installer disc into the computer and start it up. If it boots from the disc and takes you to a Linux desktop or a Windows installation environment, you know that the computer’s hardware isn't completely broken. If you're just interested in recovering the files, you can connect a USB stick or external hard drive and copy the files to the removable media device. Your files will then be saved from your dying computer.

This is simple to do with a Linux live CD, as you'll be given a full Linux desktop that you can use for copying files. If you have a Windows installation disc, you can use a trick to pull up a file management window and copy files off the computer’s hard drive.

This method may even work if your computer’s hard drive is dying. If you're lucky, the computer may not be able to boot Windows but you may be able to recover some important files off of the drive from the Linux live CD or Windows installation environment.

Pull the Hard Drive and Put it In Another Computer

If your computer won't boot a Linux live CD or Windows installer disc, its hardware components may have died on you. There’s some good news if this is the case — while the computer’s motherboard, CPU, memory, video card, power supply, or any number of other components could be damaged, the computer’s hard drive may still be working properly. If this is the case, you can open up the computer, pull the hard drive, connect it to another computer and get the files off of your hard drive using the other computer.

First, a warning: This can void your warranty, particularly if you're doing this on a laptop that isn't designed to be opened. But if you have a desktop that you can easily open and work on, or you have an old laptop that’s out of warranty and didn't have much life left in it, you may want to go ahead with this process anyway.

The basic process is simple, but you'll ideally need to be comfortable working with the insides of a computer. First, ensure the main power switch at the back of the computer’s case is shut off — or better yet, just unplug the computer from the power outlet. Next, open the computer’s case and locate the hard drive. Disconnect its cables, unscrew it, and pull it out of the case. For more in-depth information, consult our guide to installing a new hard drive — you're basically going through the process in reverse.

You'll then need to connect the hard drive to another computer. You can do this by inserting the hard drive into the other computer or using an external drive bay. If you have laptop hard drive and need to connect it to a desktop PC, you can get drive bays designed for laptop hard drives that will allow you to safely connect the laptop’s hard drive to another desktop. Power on the other PC, booting its standard operating system from its main hard drive, and copy the files from your old computer’s hard drive.

This process is fairly simple on desktops with cases you can open, but it’s much harder on laptops — especially closed laptops that aren't designed to be opened at all. If you’re not comfortable doing this with your computer or you have a closed laptop that you’re not comfortable opening, you may want to contact a computer repair shop or a service desk at a big box store to help you with this process. They can pull the hard drive for you and hopefully recover the files. Assuming your files are valuable and you’re willing to pay, this is always an option.
